Terms of service

Show Me Tree Pros is a directory of Missouri tree-service companies and a way for homeowners to ask those companies for bids. We are not a tree company. We do not do the work, set prices, or guarantee any company’s work. Any contract for tree work is between you and the company you hire.

Sending a bid request is free. When you send one, we pass it to the companies it is addressed to, and they contact you to set up a bid. You can ask for one company by name or several at once. We share only what you put on the form.

Labels on a profile mean what the footer of every page says they mean. “Vetted” and “Insured” describe checks we ran on a date; they are not a guarantee. Unclaimed profiles are built from public information and are not vetted.

Claiming a profile is free by invitation and comes with three free bid requests from your profile. To keep receiving requests you choose a monthly plan or pay per lead at the prices shown for your county, plus a one-time setup fee that pays for vetting: verifying the owner’s identity from a government ID and reviewing Missouri court records under that name. Two lead types, structure jobs (insurance and crane access) and government jobs (the paperwork public agencies require), are optional and independent, each with its own one-time fee shown on your dashboard; documents that expire must be renewed to keep the label. Prices can change for new plans; your current plan price holds until you change plans.

Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel from your dashboard. Per-lead charges go on your card when a lead is sent to you. Structure and emergency jobs are offered to one vetted, insured company at a time and charged when you accept the offer. A lead with a wrong number or a customer who never asked for a bid is credited when you tell us within seven days.

Setup fees are not refundable once the checks have been run. You must keep your profile accurate, and you may not claim a company you do not own or run.

We send texts only to numbers that opted in: a company that texted BID to our number, or ticked the text box on the claim form, or a homeowner who ticked the box on the bid form. The site is provided as is. To the extent Missouri law allows, IndustU, doing business as Tree 360 is not liable for the work, conduct or insurance status of any listed company, or for a bid request that does not get a response. Our total liability to you for anything arising from the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
