For tree companies
How vetting works
Homeowners, insurers and city purchasing offices all ask the same question: can I trust this crew? Show Me Tree Pros answers it for you.Vetted is required of every company. The two lead types are yours to unlock whenever you can meet them, in either order.
Vetted · required
Setup fee: $39
Who you are. Required for every company.
What we check
- Identity verified. Driver's license and a selfie, matched by Stripe.
- Missouri court records reviewed. We search the owner's name on Case.net.
What it earns: The Vetted label, which lists you ahead of unclaimed companies, and the bid list once you are on a plan.
Structure jobs · lead type
One-time fee: $149
Trees on houses, roofs and power lines. Insurance, and a crane you can get on site.
What we check
- Certificate of insurance. A current certificate of insurance showing general liability and workers' compensation. Renewed when it expires; we remind you.
- Insurance billing packet and procedure. The paperwork and steps for bidding a structure job to the homeowner's insurer and getting paid by them. Send yours for review, or buy our packet and coaching and this is done.
Plus any one of these:
- Your own crane. Photos of the crane's serial-number plate and its license plate, plus the title, registration or insurance page for the crane, so the numbers match.
- A crane rental account. A rental agreement or an invoice from a crane rental company in the last 12 months, in your company's name. Renewed when it expires; we remind you.
- A crane partner. A short signed letter from a crane operator or company saying they will serve your jobs on short notice, with a phone number we can call. Renewed when it expires; we remind you.
What it earns: Structure and emergency jobs, offered to one company at a time, with the Insured and Structure Jobs labels.
